Mark McCloskey has taught leadership in both the classroom and boardroom for over 20 years. He has served as the National Director of Leadership Development for one of the world's largest non-profit organizations. From 1998-2005 he held the post of Dean of the Center for Transformational Leadership at Bethel University. He currently serves as lead faculty and program director for the Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership Program. He also teaches the Introduction to Leadership course in Bethel's MBA program. Dr. McCloskey has a B.A. from Miami of Ohio, M. Div. from Bethel Seminary and a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida. He is the author of Tell It Often, Tell It Well, a textbook on evangelism.
Rich Meiss has been involved in the training and development field for over 30 years, and has trained over 65,000 participants on four continents. He has held executive positions with the Bob Pike Group, Carlson Learning Company, and Personal Dynamics Institute, and currently heads up his own consulting firm, Meiss Education Institute. Rich is a master facilitator, leading groups in strategic planning, brainstorming and decision making. He is the author or co-author of over a dozen books and programs on training skills, presentations, meetings and coaching and mentoring. Rich has an MBA from the Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University, and he is a master facilitator for the Lead Like Jesus organization. He has personally led over 1,500 participants through the Lead Like Jesus Encounter.
Tom is a current board member, and former chairman, of Lamplighters International, a ministry focused on Intentional Discipleship and Leadership Training. In his 12-year affiliation with Lamplighters he has started seven different study groups, including a work-place study at Indigo Identityware, where he is President and CEO. There are 7 Lamplighter Bible Study groups at Westwood alone and over 100 in the Twin Cities. Most meet in corporate offices! Tom holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and he and his family reside in Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Roger was an executive with PepsiCo, Tonka/Kenner/Parker, Rollerblade, and Young America. Though he grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ at a young age, he struggled for many years to connect work with God's purpose. Once he fully understood that his work was God's calling, everything had more meaning and purpose. In 2008, he published The Executive Calling - Corporate Success Without Selling Your Soul. It was on Northwest Bookstores best-seller list for several months. He also wrote and facilitates the Faith @ Work Series, a collection of half-day workshops on faith and work integration.
Dr. Nichols intentionally integrates the Word into his course curriculum at Crown College and works hard to see that business and ministry co-exist to make a tremendous impact in a lost world. He is chairman of Crown College's online MBA program, preparing Christians to enter and influence the business world. Before joining the faculty, Dr. Nichols worked in the corporate sector for over 30 years. He also spent 12 years as a small business owner. Nichols has an MBA from the University of Dallas and a DBA from Anderson University.
